Frank Haasnoot is a pastry chef and chocolatier with over 30 years of experience.
After completing his education, Frank began working for several luxury pastry shops and Michelin-star restaurants. He then decided to leave the Netherlands and gain experience working around the world.
Over the past 15 years, he has worked in New York, Kuwait, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Barcelona.
Throughout his career, Frank has competed in both national and international pastry competitions. In 2011, he was awarded the title of World Champion in Pastry & Chocolate at the World Chocolate Masters in Paris.
In 2019, Frank returned to the Netherlands and began working as an international consultant and pastry instructor. In addition to his consultancy, he runs this webshop, and sells his signature tools through Amazon stores worldwide.
Most recently, he became a co-owner of Bakkit.nl a coffee shop and an ice cream shop in the city of Rotterdam.
