We ship with UPS. Available shipping options and costs will be clearly shown during checkout.

Delivery and lead times

For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes a minimum of 72 hours from the day your order is placed.

For international orders outside Europe, please allow up to one week for delivery from the order date.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an email from the shipping provider with delivery details. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, protected from damage during transit.

Country of delivery

We offer international shipping via UPS. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown during checkout.

Customer service

If your delivery hasn't arrived or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us using the form provided. We're here to help and respond to all inquiries Monday through Friday.

Please note: If a shipment fails to arrive due to an incorrect shipping address, we can resend the order once the original parcel is returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the second delivery.
